Latvian delegation learns from Upper Austria

In mid-January, Upper Austria was the target of a two-day visit of a Latvian delegation as a best practice example for the implementation of the cluster policy and the strategic programme #upperVISION2030. Together with the Upper Austrian Economic Chamber and the Upper Austrian State Department Economic and Research, Business Upper Austria presented the cluster landscape and the business location with Upper Austria's fields of strength.

On October 18th a delegation from South Korea visited Linz. The delegation from Yangsan, a city in the province of Gyeongsangnam-do, was informed about Upper Austria as a business location and the role of the Upper Austrian location agency Business Upper Austria.

Successful collaboration between Ethiopian and Austrian cities

On 4th February 2019, an Ethiopian delegation visited Upper Austria. The delegation consisted of higher officials, including the State Minister of Ethiopia for Urban Development and Construction, representatives of the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction and the Environment, Forest and Climate Change Commission, as well as mayors of seven involved cities, indicating the importance of this matter.
